Wednesday at the Lake

  • Every Wednesday evening, we gather as a church family to enjoy a meal together, before and in between choir practice, studies and activities. Dinner is served from 5:15 – 6:15 p.m. in the Fellowship Hall.  All of our delicious dinners are funded by a free will donation. Gluten free options are always available.
Pancake Breakfast
  • On the third Sunday of the month (except summer and Dec.) the Breakfast Bunch prepares a delicious Pancake and French Toast breakfast that includes sausage, applesauce, juice, milk and coffee.  The meal is served from 8 – 11:30 a.m. for only $5.50, kids and UWEC students eat free.
The Lake Street Stampers meet to create greeting cards which are sent to people no longer able to get around as much as they used to. For over 16 years this coed, multigenerational and ecumenical group has been "stamping out joy." No specific skills or materials are required of participants; just the desire to brighten the days of others and laugh while doing it.

Lake Street Digital Shooters (LSDS) are a group of individuals who enjoy taking photographs and want to learn to do it better.  We use everything from our phones to “fancy” digital SLR equipment.  There is usually a learning segment, preparation for the next Gallery exhibit and “show and tell”. The  LSDS Gallery hangs in the Fellowship Hall and changes each month.

Lake Street Quilters hand quilt completed quilt tops; funds received for this service are placed in the United Methodist Women’s Missions Fund.
Small Groups continue to emerge throughout our ministry.  A movie group gathers periodically.  Please watch our website for further opportunities.
